How long will it take to get my carpet?

Most of our products are kept in stock in Australia, so any installation delays are likely to be related to your builders programme or contractor installation lead times that will vary with Market conditions.

What if my carpet gets wet?

Xm3 Carpet Tiles

If you suffer rain incursion into the building or minor flooding your Xm3 modular carpet can be removed to allow the concrete or other subfloor time to dry. Allow the modules to dry before replacement. Depending on the scale of damage this may require the assistance of your flooring contractor.

Classic Flooring Broadloom

If you suffer rain incursion into the building or minor flooding our action backed carpet can cope with this, but should be allowed to dry as quickly as possible. Allow as much natural ventilation as possible to assist with this drying process.

If you have hessian backing there is a possibility that the moisture will in time cause mould to grow and you should be looking to contact your insurance company for replacement depending on the extent of the damage.
